28sc Copper Surface Light Bocci

28sc Surface Copper Light is a single lamp meant to be displayed in groups or by itself. The blown glass pieces were created manipulating temperature and air flow direction, the resulting spheres are slightly distorted with satellite shapes inside, including an opaque milk glass diffuser for a low-voltage xenon or LED lamp.

Copper Surface Canopy: 60 mm diameter copper plate designed to be mounted directly on walls or ceilings.

The 28 Surface collection by Bocci is a surface-mounted light that is designed to be composed and arranged in creative groupings. The mounting plates are designed to be installed on walls or ceilings. The spheres are carefully composed to create an overall ambiance that enhances the beauty and uniqueness of each piece.

The 28 collection consists of many different arrangements as Armature, Random, Cluster, Copper, Semi-Rigid, Stem and Table Light. each one of them is built using the same unique blown glass spheres that can be chosen from a great variety of colors.

Bocci is a design and manufacturing company based in Vancouver and Berlin. Omer Arbel cultivates a fluid position, between the fields of architecture, sculpture and design. Founded in 2005 its focal themes include the exploration of light as a medium.
