We want your orders to be protected, that's why we only provide certified electronic payment,safe and secure packaging and a warranty on the products. All the items presented on our platform are covered by a 24 months warranty against defects of compliance.
RETURN FOR DEFECTS OR NON-COMPLIANCE
Should the purchased Product be damaged because of the transportation or because of factory defects, UNDOMUS will replace the Product under warranty, with no additional charge.
To avail oneself of this right, it is necessary to: send a written communication within 5 (five) days from delivery of the Product to UNDOMUS srl via e-mail at [email protected] stating the order reference, the detailed description of the damage or defect of the Product. Our customer service will contact you to arrange a replacement.
The Product to be replaced must be in its original packaging, accurately wrapped.
UNDOMUS will arrange for a replacement, which will be sent to the address stated on the invoice, in the shortest time possible.
SPECIAL / PERSONALIZED ORDERS
For all orders that are canceled prior to item shipping, no delivery fee will be charged. For special order items, a non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed. If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) prior to delivery, your 50% deposit will not be refunded.
Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued, we will charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued
NOTE: When ordering a product made or adapted according to the specific indications of the Consumer or, in other words, a personalized product, the Consumer has no cancellation right pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code
