Description

The 87 Random lamps are suspended using coaxial cable and arranged into ambient clusters. 87.11 to 87.61 have non-adjustable lengths hardware. It allows the installer to attach the canopy to the ceiling before “plugging in” the individual pendants one by one. Longest and shortest lengths are determined by client in advance.

In the 87 creation process soda water is utilized to capture air in a glass matrix that is superheated and stretched vertically between pegs numerous times. During the cooling of the glass, the act of folding it in the direction of the loop's grain causes the trapped air to transform into tiny filaments, resulting in a pearlescent optical effect. The collection includes: Random, Swag and Surface Lights.
