The Milano collection includes door and window handles. Citterio has conceived Milan as a "non-protagonist" handle that does not run the risk of falling out of the fashions of the moment. The millimeter precision of its construction, and the timeless shape, ensure its continued relevance over the years.

Battista Olivari founded the company in 1911 in Borgomanero, Italy. Olivari is synonymous with innovation thanks, for example, to the introduction on the market of anodized aluminum handles and the first plastic handles. In the 2000s, sustainable and high-performance finishes such as Biochrome and Superfinish were born.

Antonio Citterio graduated in architecture from the Milan Polytechnic in 1975, but three years earlier he had already founded his own design studio. He has created buildings in Europe and Japan, obtaining the Compasso d'Oro-ADI twice. In the field of industrial design he collaborates with numerous Italian and foreign companies.
