Floed Ceiling Lamp KDLN

Floed ceiling and wall lamp by KDLN features a design inspired by the shapes of gogornia coral. The opal crystal diffuser captures the eye with its large rounded volumes, and highlights the metal bar, almost a root that anchors the light to the surface, whether it's the ceiling or a wall.

Description

In design, inspiration often comes from observing nature. It is common practice to replicate in a stylized and schematic way what the main designer of life creates. Floed is a reworking of the beauty of gorgonians, marine animals which, like corals, bring colors and shapes to the seabed.

KDLN was founded in Milan in 1996 and immediately stood out for its innovative spirit always looking for cutting-edge solutions. A careful selection of production partners has allowed KDLN to become a point of reference in design lighting in more than 70 countries worldwide.

STORAGEMILANO is a design studio founded in Milan by Barbara Ghidoni, Marco Donai and Michiele Pasini. The focus of the study is the experimentation and innovation of materials and design solutions, which must be shaped within the idea of the customer and end user, in a never predictable way.
