Arco presents a superb array of chairs made of wood, metal and completed with a great choice of materials and upholstery finishes. Some Arco's product are part of Arco’s Local Wood Collection, an initiative to source wood locally, minimizing environmental impact. All Arco's products are provided with a product eco passport that tells their origins.

Arco is a family-owned enterprise with a rich history, their expertise has revolved around table-making. Across four generations, their dedication to the woodworking has remained the focus of their business. Arco primary goal is the evolution of their craftsmanship into something attached to traditions but also embracing the new desing era.

Burkhard Vogtherr was born in Germany, underwent an apprenticeship in cabinet making before his studies at the School of Industrial Design in Kassel and Wuppertal, where he successfully graduated in 1967. In 1972, he embarked on a career as a freelance designer. Operating from his design studio in Mulhouse, France, Vogtherr crafted innovative models for various clients, including Fritz Hansen, Rolf Benz, Cappellini, Davis Furniture USA, Klöber, and Arflex.
