Shoin by Lualdi is a system of sliding doors and fixed glass panels with one or two rails. The panels are fixed within a slim aluminum frame, flush with the external side of the composition. The handle is included. The door panel is 50 mm thick leaf that can be configured in sliding or fixed panels.

The rail features an advanced shock absorber system and trolley with a height adjustment mechanism that remains hidden

Rail and panel profile: Aluminum (natural - matte black - matte white - bronze - brushed brill)

Glass panel: Standard, reflective or special glass (each offering a range of different finishes)

Description

Lualdi offers a great selection of sliding doors that will improve any space and environment. The collection features a variety of materials and solutions, such as glass or wood, opaque or transparent, blending harmoniously with both the architecture and furnishings. The sliding interior doors create walls offering lightly and sophisticated ambiance within the home space.

Lualdi's evolution is connected with the important partnership with architect Luigi Caccia Dominioni in the 1960. During the years, Lualdi has collaborated with some of the world’s most influential contemporary architects. They mostly focus on doors, systems, and furnishings for interiors in residential, business and hotel settings with the attention to the materials and finishes utilized in crafting the spaces of daily life.

Dante Bonuccelli, graduated in architecture, founded Avenue Architects, a studio specializing in architecture, interior design and industrial design, in Milan. He collaborated on prestigious projects with architecture studios such as Atelier Jean Nouvel, Foster & Partners, Grafton Architects, Herzog & De Meuron, OMA Rem Koolhaas, SANAA. For Lualdi he designed Shoin sliding system.
