The Jalis club chair by COR, available in two different versions, is a fantastic piece of furniture. The rigid wire frame is in P120 black powder-coated and the version with swivel base is in M20 black lacquered.

The seating features durable polyether wrapped in upholstery fleece, the seat's springing is crafted with tightly woven, highly elastic straps

Seam tape in sand (5090), medium grey (5091), black (5094) or cement (5095)

Other lacquer colors for the base available on request

Removable covers in fabric or leather

Optionally with plastic or felt glides

Return function for swivel version

Decorative stitching accentuates Jalis's contours, blending elegant tones or vivid contrasts. It embodies oriental warmth with soft pillows that invite relaxation, recalling the endless tales of the Arabian Nights. Jalis is a collection created by designers Jehs + Laub for COR and consists of a modular sofa, footstools, chairs, side and coffee tables, bar stool and easy chairs.

COR, a German company, was founded in the 1950s with the mission of producing high quality and eco-friendly furniture. The essence of "COR", which derives from the Latin word "heart", is reflected in the choice of durable materials such as wood, fabrics and leathers, carefully selected to ensure long life.

Design by Jehs + Laub
Markus Jehs and Jürgen Laub, graduates of the University of Schwäbisch Gmünd's industrial design program, founded their Stuttgart-based studio in 1994. There, they craft lamps and furniture for esteemed global brands, known for their designs that combine functionality, formal precision and creative material utilization.

COR stands for a deep commitment to passion and craftsmanship. The COR Upholstered Furniture Factory, founded in 1954 in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, Germany, was born from the collaboration between Leo Lübke, representing his son Helmut Lübke and his Highness the Prince of Bentheim Tecklenburg. In the 1980s, full ownership of the company passed into the capable hands of the Lübke family. An unwavering dedication, love for environmental sustainability and exceptional quality have always been at the heart of COR's identity.
