Debuted at the 1935 Copenhagen Cabinetmakers Guild Exhibition, The Tired Man has achieved the status of an icon of Danish design. Created by Flemming Lassen, the uniquely curved armchair was reintroduced in 2015. To complete the ensemble there is a matching foostool.

Established in 2023, Audo Copenhagen, born from MENU and by Lassen partnership, blends Danish design heritage with a global outlook. It embraces minimalism, featuring clean-lined furniture, earth tones and natural materials.

Flemming Lassen, credited with introducing functionalism to Denmark, was an architect celebrated for precise craftsmanship and a simple yet expressive design ethos. Influenced by the Bauhaus "less is more" movement, he prioritized unique, enduring designs with timeless silhouettes.
