Description

Dinah container, a reissue from the Progetti Compiuti collection and a MoMA permanent collection piece, is a chest of drawers designed by Shiro Kuramata. It rests on black rubber wheels with chromed metal covering, abandoning staticity from the early 1970s for a dynamic design.

Cappellini, founded in 1946 by Enrico Cappellini, is a renowned furniture brand known for embracing cutting-edge designs, fostering experimentation and redefining living concepts. Led by Giulio Cappellini's talent scouting, the company has recruited designers worldwide, showcasing an extraordinary intuition refined through years of experience.

Shiro Kuramata
A renowned Japanese designer and a true design icon, Kuramata captured the spirit of his era with influential creations. Founder of the Kuramata Design Office in 1965, his impactful work remains relevant, showcased in prestigious institutions globally, such as the Museum of Decorative Arts in Paris and MoMa in New York.
