The predominant feature of COR's Mell collection is the thin steel feet just twelve millimeters thick, characterized by gracefully rounded corners. This design choice gives an air of delicacy to the sofas, coffee tables and armchairs, creating the visual illusion that these furnishings are suspended, seemingly floating in space.

COR, a German company, was founded in the 1950s with the mission of producing high quality and eco-friendly furniture. The essence of "COR", which derives from the Latin word "heart", is reflected in the choice of durable materials such as wood, fabrics and leathers, carefully selected to ensure long life.

Design by Jehs + Laub
Markus Jehs and Jürgen Laub, graduates of the University of Schwäbisch Gmünd's industrial design program, founded their Stuttgart-based studio in 1994. There, they craft lamps and furniture for esteemed global brands, known for their designs that combine functionality, formal precision and creative material utilization.
