Description

The Blade collection includes the door handle and the window handle. It is an adaptation, for modern and contemporary contexts, of the Edge handle, already the work of Peter Marino. Blade is a mono-material presence, essential and elegant at the same time.

Battista Olivari founded the company in 1911 in Borgomanero, Italy. Olivari is synonymous with innovation thanks, for example, to the introduction on the market of anodized aluminum handles and the first plastic handles. In the 2000s, sustainable and high-performance finishes such as Biochrome and Superfinish were born.

Peter Marino graduated from Cornell University and began his career as a designer collaborating with prestigious studios in New York. In 1978 he founded his own studio and became one of the leading designers for luxury brands for which he designs their stores.
